Michigan Electronic Library Databases (MeL)

Mel Databases are FREE commercial  databases just for Michigan Residents. The Library of Michigan has purchased over thirty commercial databases which are available free-of-charge to Michigan residents. Some of the databases are Ancestry Library Edition, Medical/Health, Learn-a-Test, Law,Magazines, Journals, Newspapers, and more.
